The ruling on resorting to man-made laws while the Noble Qur'an exists

Question: What is your opinion regarding Muslims who resort to man-made laws for judgment, while the Noble Qur'an and the pure Sunnah are present among them?

Answer: My opinion regarding this category of people who call themselves Muslims, at the time when they resort to judgment by other than what Allah has revealed, and regard the Shari'ah of Allah as insufficient and unsuitable for governance in this age, is what Allah, the Glorious and Exalted, has said concerning them, where He, Glory be to Him, says:
But no, by your Lord, they can have no Faith, until they make you (O Muhammad) judge in all disputes between them, and find in themselves no resistance against your decisions, and accept (them) with full submission.
Qur'an 4:65 — trans. Hilali & Khan
And He, Glory be to Him and Exalted is He, says:
(44) Verily, We did send down the Taurat (Torah) [to Musa (Moses)], therein was guidance and light, by which the Prophets, who submitted themselves to Allah's Will, judged the Jews. And the rabbis and the priests [too judged the Jews by the Taurat (Torah) after those Prophets] for to them was entrusted the protection of Allah's Book, and they were witnesses thereto. Therefore fear not men but fear Me (O Jews) and sell not My Verses for a miserable price. And whosoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, such are the Kafirun (i.e. disbelievers - of a lesser degree as they do not act on Allah's Laws). (45) And We ordained therein for them: "Life for life, eye for eye, nose for nose, ear for ear, tooth for tooth, and wounds equal for equal." But if anyone remits the retaliation by way of charity, it shall be for him an expiation. And whosoever does not judge by that which Allah has revealed, such are the Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers - of a lesser degree).
Qur'an 5:44-45 — trans. Hilali & Khan
Let the people of the Injeel (Gospel) judge by what Allah has revealed therein. And whosoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed (then) such (people) are the Fasiqun (the rebellious i.e. disobedient (of a lesser degree) to Allah.
Qur'an 5:47 — trans. Hilali & Khan

So those who resort for judgment to a law other than the law of Allah, and consider that permissible for themselves, or consider it preferable to seeking judgment from the law of Allah, undoubtedly thereby exit the fold of Islam, and thereby become disbelievers, wrongdoers, and transgressors, as stated in the preceding verses and others, and His saying, the Mighty and Majestic:
Do they then seek the judgement of (the Days of) Ignorance? And who is better in judgement than Allah for a people who have firm Faith.
Qur'an 5:50 — trans. Hilali & Khan
، and Allah is the One who grants success.[1].
